WP Alerts provides WordPress vulnerability information, a newsletter service, and a site scanning tool for informational and security research purposes. The information is provided in good faith but without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

2. Acceptable use

You may only scan websites you own or are authorised to test. Using the scanner on third-party sites without permission may violate computer access laws. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API.

Vulnerability information is aggregated from third-party sources (WPVulnerability, NVD, Wordfence). We make no warranties about the accuracy or timeliness of this data. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyzoe Hosting BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on security information provided.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bruges, Belgium.
